New Home for the Social Space
Today was the second week in the new home in the Thursday morning social space, previously known as Well Good Socials.
We now live in the Hub at the back of Beech Hill Primary School. You can get in from the Netherby Road entrance every Thursday from 9am – 12 noon. We probably need to think about a new name.
Today we had a natter, shared some toast, donated cream cakes and ideas. Some did a bit of dot art and planned some future knitting activities. Phil popped in to chat about community bikes. He’ll be bringing some womens bikes to the community party on Saturday.
Lisa had picked up a card games book at the Brick. We finished off with a game of Chase the Ace and a right good laugh.
The new home is great for kids too, all set out like a little nursery with a covered outdoor space.
