Become a Member
If you live or work in the Springfield, Beech Hill and Gidlow (Wigan West) community, you can become a member of the association.
You can join as an individual, family, group or organisation.
Young people over the age of 14 can join as an individual if they wish.
Children and young people aged under 14 can join as part of family or group memberships.
Membership is free.
You can also choose to join the private lottery when you become a member.
To join the lottery : You pay £5 per month and at the end of each month we make a draw. Half of that month’s takings go to the lucky winner and the other half to local good causes, which we decide together. Private lottery membership is open to community members aged 18 +.
As a member, you will:
Receive a community newsletter through your door twice a year.
Be invited to regular community events where you can meet neighbours and have some fun whilst making decisions together
The more members we have the stronger the voice we will have.
