Gardening for Wildlife

Join the Give it a Grow Wigan team every other Wednesday gardening for wildlife at beautiful St Anne’s Community Garden in Beech Hill.

Join us for a variety of jobs around this lovely garden. Weeding, planting, pruning and tending to fruit and veg and working in the greenhouse. Always working in a way that’s kind to the environment. No experience is needed, we can help train you in anything we’re doing, and if you are experienced you still might learn something new!

Gardening with us is an easy way to get outdoors and be gently active as the days get a little warmer, and we’re a friendly bunch!

Please wear clothing suitable for the weather, and bring hand tools if you have them.
Any questions just let us know!
